IT IS A GOVERNMENT APPROVED COMPLIANT PROGRAM, AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO USE THE PATIENT PORTAL. THIS COMPANY SENDS VIA EMAIL AN INVITATION TO ACCESS YOUR PATIENT ACCOUNT. Please respond to this email in a timely manner, as it will expire, and will require technological assistance from our staff if you do not register with 30 days of receipt of the email invitation. The only way to access the data, is via our direct invitation and security measures. Please look for your access to the patient portal, HOWEVER please also know that face to face personal contact with Dr. Cornfield is our primary focus and objective. We comply with the mandate, and while some patients prefer communication via secure patient portal, Dr. Cornfield will personally reply and address your needs, questions, concerns, and requests.
